Millie & Jessica aged approx 18mths, were found, with their sister, totally emaciated, having been dumped and living wild in woods in West Cork. Sadly their sister had been shot and was in such bad condition that she had to be PTS.
It has taken Anita lots of time and care to get them to how they are now - friendly and happy little girls. She is loathed to part with them having seen them progress so well with good food and TLC. However she has many more rescued dogs so is happy to let ESRA find them a home. Her ideal would be for them to go to the same home but she knows this may not be possible.
They will be travelling to UK soon - if we have not found a suitable home for them by then they will go into kennels with Saphire an Irish Setter who has been living with then and is coming over to ISRGp.
If you feel you would like to give Jessica and Millie (they are like peas in a pod) the time and loving care needed to socialise them and get them used to the 'pet life' - living in a home environment with a forever family who will be there for them, loving them unconditionally - please phone Jenny on 01208 264871 or email

All homes are checked before placement.
### UPDATE ###
Jessica and Millie have been offered their forever home and will be travelling to the UK very soon. If you would like a working setter similar to them, maybe not the same colour, please contact us.
